I remember early on in my career going to a training session and trainer described when meeting with a customer we should always under promise and over deliver. The thinking behind it was that you could minimize the risk of having an unhappy customer if you set lower expectations in case things did not go as you had planned. That philosophy never set well with me as I am not one to play it safe or try to be average. I am more of the philosophy of going above and beyond one's expectations. Set high expectations and then over deliver. Tonight's event was an example of this as I knew Frank would go above and beyond my expectations and host a great night for us. Not only did he go above what I expected he took it to another level. I am so very fortunate to have him as a friend and am so grateful for his generosity and all the njfishing members that contributed to my Fundraiser. I think we will be making the Spring Fling an annual event going forward for years to come. Enclosed are some pictures from tonight's event.
I will try to give you a play by play in pictures 1. Wok N Roll - Asian Fusion If you are looking for a nice place to bring the wife, family, girlfriend or if planning a larger event, Frank will not disappoint. Above and Beyond expectations 2,3,4 The place is Amazing as the décor and the layout is very tastefully done 5. Frank Qui the owner photo bombing 6. Frank Qui the man who wears many hats. Owner, host, waiter, front desk order taker, comedian, dishwasher, father, fisherman. The man can do it all 7,8,9,10 When the first course came out after the soup was served I thought to myself this food is Outstanding. Then the dishes kept coming out until we all cried uncle. |
