Re: 2013 FLuke Regulations
I believe the 17.5" fish last year helped getting some kids to catch keepers on PB!! At 18" I seen and heard people getting off boats with the kids that did not want to go again, to throw every thing back.IMHO
I voted for option 4 because it will help the businesses down the shore they need all the support they can get. |

Yea by the time I get home and get cleaned up its 530-6pm.. It doesnt make sense.. If they wanted a larger turn out and more people to speak their mind they would have it at a time/day that works for most of us working people.. I think we would have a much better season/bag limit if more of us could go.. Granted they dont care what we think but at least they would have to listen to us for hours on end.. lol. Quote:

Jeff I agree that the time and day of the meeting sucks. as for more voices I think they should listen to the facts about the stocks and flawed science. yes the more audience you get the better the chance of getting things done, this they know and want to keep the group down to minimal amounts. |
Re: 2013 FLuke Regulations
I agree Richie.. they need more people like you on the board to talk some sense into em!

Re: 2013 FLuke Regulations
Starting at ending later is better because stripers are still running in late May. I voted for #3 because on party boats there are better chances of folks going home with some fish at 17.5 inches. I sure had a number of fish just shy of 18 inches last year.
