The data is "fatally flawed as we all know. I did not look at the wave data but kind of assume the surveys taken in wave 4 (July-August) probably caused us to go over. From my personal observations I doubt that we really exceeded our quota. I had a very good year out of Barnegat Inlet but often had to run all the way to the Sea Girt Reef and even further north. As always while some fishermen had great days south of BI, most fishing there was slow. It was also kind of strange that for most of the season, the morning bite was much better than the afternoon/evening bite.
