It is absolutely mind boggling how these agencies go about making these decisions. If they are all that knowing and so smart why are we in the position that they say we are in? It isn't like they just arrived to fix a problem because they have been in control of this fishery making the rules for many years now and whatever they are doing is not working per say to them.

Plus to wait to the very last minute to come up with the regs just shows us how incompetent they really are. We need a better system with actual science being applied instead of this BS!:mad:

When they trawl for fish, they go where the fish aren't. When they want to survey fishermen, they go where the most fish are. See any problems with that scientific method?
