judge is retiring so he wants to expedite and finish this case himself so instead of February the sentencing will be next Thursday Dec 15th ...seems from all indications it will be LIFE ..... WHICH IS TOO GOOD.... I can only now pray bubba shanks this scumbag or he hangs himself so I can piss on his grave

it will never be over yes THANKFULLY justice has been served and I hope the punishment exceeds the crime this chapter is over. When a loved one and friend has been RIPPED from ones life it is never over one ALWAYS REMEMBER. Let the healing begin.
I didn't fish with Mike that often but when I did it was memorable good times and lots a laughs.

Happy for Mike's family that justice was done and that the scum that inflicted this pain on them will be in for a life of hell.

I did not know Mike personally like all of you, but some years back we were Fluking on the Gambler and my one young son was pretty seasick and Mike went out of his way to help make him feel better with some pretzels/crackers and ginger ale.

Just one small example of what a good guy that he was to everyone.

RIP to Mike and healing wishes to his family and friends.

Also a big thank you to you Tom. I know you and LAB were the best of friends and though it wasn't easy for you, you stood by the Wells family and helped them thru it all.

PS. Do you think there is any chance the Judge would let us take the POS on one last Sharking trip this month?
