WOW, that is EARLY for Lard !

I will match your charitable donation to CJST by mailing in a check (then I get my receipt for donating to a 501C-3 come tax time)

Don't forget Orlando Park in Raritan Borough, PetersBrook Greenway in Somerville, behind Torpey Athletic field in Bridgewater and Duke Park in Manville.

I will be down between the Queens Bridge in Bound Brook to Riverside Park in Piscataway cleaning if you want to stop by and say hello.

There is a Rutgers home game too, stay away from New Brunswick.

Thanks for having me guys. I had a real blast today. I will be back again hopefully we can all get together soon. Never new smallies were so fun. I caught some and lost just as many but it was great. I used a few baits but all my fish were hooked on chatterbait with trailer

Lard you got yourself a new subscriber

good time, I believe all got fish BUT ME!!!

your chatterbait/trailer was dead on for Mr.G (you should have seen the size of his first fish that self-released : - )

got nearly six hours of water walking recon in, water was crystal clear, fairly veggie, and I didn't see a foreign object in the water until the sixth hour at Robert St! (an engine block, who goes out of their way to dump a block in the river???)

There are monsters in that river, and I had one at the end of my line. Big as a whale. Eyes that shot red fire. Dragged me for miles down river. It was the fish that ate Jonah hahaha

Not many fish landed today, but a ton of fun nonetheless. So stoked that we got Josh his first ever smallie! Today was the first day that actually felt like fall, we were even treated to spitting rain in the morning. I think this is my last trip to the river this season without waders.

Good stuff ! The engine block and a whole host of other car parts were dumped, or washed into the river from the old Price's junkyard there.
