I know if you go down river road from middlesex, right before 287 there is a park on your right. I think they have a launch there for canoes. Not sure with the low water level how it is there. You can check it out. I think there is a small spillway to the right and to the left i think is tidal. Hope this info helps you out

Oh yea, Riverside Park, havent been there in years, have to give it a try, love fishing with an adventure added in. Thanks for the info |

Upper float you can put in at Robert Street, take out in Manville ( bank is a little steep at Manville but doable.)
Lower float you can put in at Riverside Park in Piscataway and take out just about anywhere in Johnson Park. |
