Re: Swartswood, iff 2/9
Fished the contest today with some NJ's finest. Let's just say it was a struggle to get a couple perch through a hole. We tried damn hard with nothing to weigh in. AHHHHHHH, it happens. Highlight of the day was Scott's 15 3/4 inch Crappie caught on a tip up. Yes, 15 3/4 inch Crappie with a girth of around 13 inches. That's almost a 3lb Crappie. WOW!!!!!
Managed some dink perch on the jig, dink pickeral on tip-ups. I'm going back on February 23rd to try to win the Grand Prize. Strike master 8 inch gas auger, I need that like right now. Anyone who wants to join me please let me know via text, PM, FB or just give me a ring. TIGHT LINEZ!!!!!!! |

Re: Swartswood, iff 2/9
Lots of anglers out and not many fish heard of. Talked to a few anglers and everyone agrees it was super SLOOOOWWWWWWW. I think there was 4lb pick and a 4lb LM caught at the big lake. Maybe anglers did better on little Swartswood but I'm not too sure. I didn't hang around for the weigh in. Cant catch everything all the time but I sure am motivated to get out there again. Giving it another try in 2 weeks.
