Crazy fishing but it will never change.. Billy Trube is an old friend of mine from a long time ago, first boat i fished on as a youngster was the white star, billy ran the deck and when i worked on there we all became good friends... shitty video, shitty way to see that happen, but those are good guys.

No one is disputing if these are "Good Guys" or not. It has been stated several times that we are not faulting the guys making their living - although their particular choices of making a living could be called to question considering the resulting environmental strain.

The real bad guys are the big businesses supporting the industrialization of this fishing practice. Without money (big money) behind the whole thing, it would come to a screeching halt. And, as said earlier, the lawmakers and politicians have their own agenda and the same money from the same businesses find its way to their pockets and/or political agenda.

End result - much, much fewer fish for the recreational angler. Can you only imagine a day that the bunker and the fluke are not 'farmed' like this? They are certainly creating an unnatural imbalance in our local ocean. Such a shame.

Enough whining! Who has any suggestions as to what can be done about this? ANYTHING???
