if you got any sea bass vacuum frozen it still is ok. just blanch it real quick in boiling water does not affect the taste mucch at all. is a great pAarty dish i served some at my house sat for da ufc fight from frozen sea bass and got told it was great ,was gone before i even got any!!!!!!

You could do the same with porgies. I have had porgy and sea bass sashimi side-by-side, and the porgies were a better than the seabass.
Don't knock it until you try it!

Thanks again for the kudos guys :D Since posting this recipe I've experimented with a few more ingrdients and different types of fish. I've used Striped Bass, Fluke, & Blackfish. I Try not to use frozen but have and it worked fine. I Haven't tried porgy but that fish will be next! I've also added/substiuted lemons, oranges and different fruits & vegetables.
