(thurs) Today we ran our 6 AM open boat Tog trip and the fishing was slow. We hit a bunch of different drops and it was just not happening, i would get on a drop and catch a few then it would die. Jimmy did manage his limit and a few other guys had a few each overall a slow day.
( fri& sat) This AM was another 6 am Tog trip and thought we would see a improvement in the fishing but i was wrong. I made several drops in different areas and depths and it was no good. We just had a few keepers for our effort for each trip.
(sun) Today was another 6 AM tog trip and did not know what to expect after a few slow days but everyday is different in this game. The first drop was dead and said oh boy here we go again. The second drop had a few Tog and Sea Bass at least was nice to see life. The third drop we stayed there and picked away at nice quality units, it was no ball of fire but ok. We had Tog, Sea Bass, porgies and a bonus Trigger. It was Jays first Tog trip and he landed 3 nice Tog and Steve had his limit and everyone else had some.
