Fishing today was a pick. Every time we stopped we would catch some. We just couldn’t keep them with us. We would catch 3 or 4, wait a minute, catch some more and then they would disappear and we would have to move again. The BLUES were 5 to 18 lb. and most were on Run Off hammer jigs with some on bait. The weather was a little nastier than it was supposed to be in the morning but it cleared and turned out to be a really nice day.
Tomorrow looks like a great day to go fishing so we will see you then.
The GOLDEN EAGLE sails every day for STRIPERS & BLUES at 7:30 am from Belmar Marina in Belmar, NJ.
