FISHERMEN/Another Door-Mat Today! Very Nice fishing, Saturday
Current was a little fast in the AM so we had to get the lead out.....Picked away but not a hot bite with the strong current. Bounced around waiting for it to ease off, when it did, the bite turned on! Sea Bass fishing was very good for our Rod rental folks including the Werts Party celebrating a 60th Birthday, with a Surprise Fishing trip. All had a blast and went home with dinner.
Couple with three nice Fluke and some with 2 in the cooler today. Jeff Sr. & Jr fishing the bow had 4 beauties along with dropping a couple Big fish that wouldn't move off the bottom! Eric had Three nice fish along with Mike who had 4.
Chris started the day off with a nice 5 pound fish then went to sleep the rest of the day! A young Lady fishing near the stern had the first big Fish of the day at 6 pounds.
Highlight of the day goes to Eddie Fernandez (my number one student) who landed his personal best and our 6th Double digit of the season at 10 pounds 10 Ounces and 31 3/4 inches! Yes, he did take the money......Another Beautiful day on the Ocean with a great group of customers. Back at it tomorrow!
