Me and my son walked the bulk heads yesterday evening on the Raritan and scrapped off the pilling a dozen jimmies, in the take was a large soft shell. We just finished eating them, I made mine Thai style red curry with coconut milk. My son's baked with Old Bay.

Anything from Wildwood/Cape May area? Will be renting a pontoon with the fam next weekend and not expecting anything fish/wise in the back bay now.

Lots of them on pilings both Shrewsbury and Navesink! Would base out of the Oceanic Bridge. Hit the Shrewsbury at high tide between the Rumson and Highlands bridges.

After reading all the posts here maybe Gerry should think about starting a crabbing forum..
