COD/Sea Bass in NOV would work for me....I was going to do that one anyway, so might as well be with NJ crew...Rammie has the Cajun Red all prepared on my 8500ss Penn reels...keep up the interest..still wearing my 2005 NJ Striper Fall Trip t-shirt..it does attract attention...see ya all later, Rammie

As much as I like the sea bass, cost of trip for limit? Would rather go for Cod....

Its quite possible that quality Seabass will still be inshore in early Nov given the water temps. That would signifcantly lower the cost PP but a crap shoot.
If its an offshore trip I think Dec would be better.
I would be willing to put the whole thing together as I have many times for other trips depending on interest. I will call capt Bobby
I dont agree at all with a 15 bag limit as seabass is completely rebuilt and they are everywhere.
I get its a lot to spend if we have to go offshore but think of it as keeping our way of life intact , supporting Capt Bob with a trip and if you are good you get 15 large sebass for dinners
Note: If I run it there would be an RFA-NJ component to it but rather than increase the fare just a 50/50 and raffle which would be optional but add some "gambler" fun to the trip

Dale, sounds like a plan to me! My clan and I are in. I thought the same 15 fish only but when they’re 4-6 pounds each with a mix of hubcap porgies more than enough fish...

I'd be up for a trip. No better tasting fish in the ocean and for all the reason Dave mentioned it'll be a good trip. Post if you secure dates and trip details and will let you know how many are interested in going.

I have no problem supporting the party boats but NMFS and NOAA have stopped me from doing so. Limit out in 30 mins. Last time we went to look for cod and couldn't get away from the 5lb seabass.

Offshore in December is the best 60-80 miles out. The Seabass have migrated to the deep by December....

Didnt forget about this :D Capt Bob been busy chasing Tuna, I assume a Friday night 11 PM departure and fish saturday would be best for everyone.
Gambler only has 6 dates posted but Capt said he would make a special trip for us if we can fill it. Having said that I am working with the following dates:
Dec 8-9
Dec 15-16
or we can all sign up for his scheduled trip on dec 22-23 or 29-30
Fire back some dates at me.
