Wagner's ramp in Keyport

Does anyone know if the bridge if complete and the ramp opened yet?

You can access Wagners from Amboy Ave in Cliffwood Beach . The bridge is still under construction .Amboy Ave's name changes to West Front St. once you cross the bridge . Same road ,but different municipality .
