Good day Fishing the deep today with Dennis C and crew.
Quick stop early in 80' or so got the boat limit of 16 seabass by 8:30, after weeding through countless shorts. Again only kept the "NMR's" over 13" or so.
We then we shot further offshore and boxed up a limit of winter flounder to 20" (plus a few shorts surprisingly!) and about 40 mixed sized ling. Also had some very small blackfish and one exceptionally good looking, golden 15" male which were all released unharmed.
Real good day - wound up with the boat limit of seabass and flounder and the aforementioned ~40 ling. Lots of meat for the guys. Great day with a great crew!
