Saturday afternoon, it was horrible fishing with terrible weather conditions. We were in early and only caught a few keeper sea bass.
Sunday morning, we continued to fish well north of shark river inlet. We picked some 2-4 lb fish tight on the beach and had a shot of some 5-10 pounders later on in the day. It was a slow day but each day it is still continuing to improve. Our pool winner was Velma Sanchez from Bedminster, NJ,
Sunday afternoon, we fished to the east and had nice conditions. We managed a nice pick of short and keeper sea bass, along with some ling as well.
This morning, we rode north along the jersey shore looking for blues. We saw a lot of bunker but did not see any blues. They never showed up in the bunker. We ended the day with a couple of blues. Below are pictures from Sunday's trip.
