Rock Bottom Tuesday tuna/shark

Headed out with Jeff Mari ginni and Eric after hearing a lot of good reports. Put the lines in the water and had tons of bait and marks from the start but couldn't get a touch. Went to reset the lines and had a hit letting one out. Fought it for a while and turned out to be a brown shark. Kept working the area and managed to hook a mahi that we didn't even know was hooked. Trolled to another area with some life after the first area died off and hooked up on a bluefin. Everyone had a shot at the rod including jr to finish it off. Life died again so we went to pick up and take a run and as soon as we did we started reading again. So we quickly put the lines back and no sooner did we hook up. Fought this one for a while and everyone was exhausted after it. Had a couple knockdowns in between but tons of life most of the day.

Wound up with the 1 mahi, a nice under and a 59 inch 140# or so over

We have openings Saturday for fluke and Sunday for ling/flounder/cod
