I bought a Ghost hunter rod from Jigging world at the somerset show along with a accurate 300 reel. The rod is very light has great action and is very strong. How ever on My first trip with it the guide second from the top just fell out of the wrapping. 2 trips later another guide half way down did the same.
I called jigging world and spoke to Yong. He said bring it in and They would fix it. My problem with that was I'm 45 miles away and with gas and tolls factored in I may as well pay someone here in Monmouth county to repair it. Yong told Me He lives near by and offered to meet Me 2 miles from my house and pick it up. Great did that. Then Saturday he had His sales man Chris deliver it repaired right to My door step, fully repaired at no charge. I used it Sunday and it performed like new.
I highly recommend their shop and products.
