5/26 AM - Had the Lou Polini charter out. Left the dock early with the wells loaded. Got on the grounds and had some of the best action of the year so far with the guys going 11 of 24 on all big fish averaging 30 - 43#. Kept our 6 overs releasing the rest for another day.
5/26 PM - In the afternoon we had out the Brent Kinkaid charter. Went right back to where we left them. Had the right bites quickly but unfortunately we were not able to land any bass this afternoon and only had a mess of blues to 10 lbs.
5/27 AM - Had the Dave Alu charter out. Leaving early we were hoping for a good early bite, but it wasn't meant to be. Covered a lot of ground only managing to land one keeper at 33 pounds and a few blues.
5/27 PM- This afternoon we had the Paul Rubee charter out. Reloaded the wells and got set up. Had good action with blues and bass mixed in. The guys managed to land 6 keeper bass and 2 shorts to 16 pounds (only keeping their legal limit).
5/28 - Today we had Steve and Ken on board for both the morning and afternoon trips. The goal was to bass and then go fluke. Left the dock and loaded the wells in a few throws. Got set up and and had immediate action with blues and bass. Managed to land 4 unders (only keeping legal limit) to 16 pounds and a short with a bunch of blues by 830 when the guys said time to go fluke. Took a ride and found some great action with a steady pick of shorts and keepers on light tackle. Wound up boxing our full boat limit of fluke to 4.5# before heading in early.
