We had a group of people today that preferred to catch bluefish, they were not disappointed, we concentrate on the blues today and caught a whole box full of big ones , we were Chungking fresh bonkers and we didn't do any trolling with Mojoes or plugs, we had a few bass on but those of the ones that got off. These guys were more interested in taking a big mess of fillets home and having a really good time, their people after my own heart, ieverybody knows who's read anything I've ever written about bluefish knows I'm a big fan of them not , just to catch but also to eat . We take very good care of these fish, and the reason why am posting so late that I cooked them for dinner. I breaded and lightly fried them , and made a sweet and spicy curry sauce to go over top of them over pasta . It was delicious, we are blessed to have these fish . If anyone would like to know how to prepare or needs recipes to cook these fish feel free to contact me, I don't care if you went on my boat or not. Will be back to her old tricks on Tuesday, Meaning will be targeting more striped bass. It was nice, to sit down on the anchor , Chunk fresh bait, and watch people fighting these big fish i on light tackle we have an open boat on Tuesday, Thursday, and the weekend call for iinformation and reservations
