Dave, Tom and Jim came from the midwest for their first saltwater experience today, and it certainly opened their eyes! We left the inlet this morning and found pretty sporty seas which really didn't lay down until about 11:30 when we were already running for home. Offshore we had a couple of mahi break- offs and king bite -offs due to straight flouro leaders, but then they started to get the hang of things and we boated a couple of mahi and a king, along with short muttons, bonita and runners. It was a pretty busy morning for the gentlemen and I look forward to their return.
