Our old theory was when the Dogwoods started blooming, it was time for Black Drum in Delaware Bay :)

I checked on snopes and this is apparently a fallacy created by NJFishing.com to encourage people to step away from their computers and get back to fishing :)
All kidding aside, good luck and let us know how you do....
PS. I usually wait until I see the yellow flowers in full bloom so you might be a little early ;)

Has anyone told the fish? I thought it was on when the night crawlers came out. For me, it usually starts on the day following my wife's posting of my Spring "honey do" list.

One that I got from my friend, George at Crystal Marine in PP is" When the dandilions are on the lawn, the blackfish are in the canal " I found that to be true. Papa
