My go to is spring lake ... not only state stocked but privately stocked with some monster trout.. tough to fish on the weekends with the crowd but mon-fri you should be able to fish where you want.

D&R Feeder Canal is my go to. Plenty of elbow room and lots of fish too.

Just an FYI, you'll see the volunteers out again this Opening Day performing the Opening Day Angler Surveys on many of the same water bodies listed in the above link. After doing the pre-season float stocking on the Flatbrook on Thu I'll be running south to do the Opening Day Survey at Tuckahoe Lake in Cape May County on Sat. If anyone from here happens to be there give me a 'Howdy', I'd look forward to meeting you.
