Hey gang, Capt. Scott here. I have some very sad news to report. My brother and partner, Capt. Glenn passed away Sunday morning at the age of 51. Capt. Glenn was well loved by everybody and I loved having him as a brother and a partner with me on the Prowler5. I learned a lot from my brother over the years and I'm going to miss him dearly. He leaves behind his eight year old daughter Grace Hilliard that he loved more than anything else in the world. I was just with him this past Wed. and he was on top of the world and as happy as could be. Now he's in heaven with Capt. John looking down at us. It will never ever be the same running this business without him. I've received over 1000 calls and texts sending condolences. Thank you and I wish everyone on this website can say a prayer for Capt. Glenn and his daughter Grace. There will be small service at Condon's Funeral Home at 804 St. Highway 36 in Leonardo, NJ, Fri., March 17th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Very simple, the way Capt. Glenn would have wanted it. Sorry to have to report this news. It's the hardest report I've ever had to post on this site. Rest in peace, until we meet again one day.

Scott – I am truly sorry for your loss and the loss to the fishing community.

I’ve known Glenn for over 30 years going back to when was a deckhand for your father (Capt. Al). He always gave 100%. I know he had some issues over the years but deep down a truly great guy. I will miss him deeply.

I was talking this morning with a friend of mine and she basically had the same thing happen to her family. She said to remember and to celebrate Glenn's life. She really made a lot of sense to me. So let's remember to be strong at Glenn's service tonight. Especially for his little daughter Grace and try not to make it be a sad time. Glenn would not want that at all. He would want everybody coming to the service to celebrate the things that my brother accomplished in his lifetime. Thanks, Capt. Scott
