here are some photos from today - with a whole 2.6 feet of water under the boat - and yes that green buoy is standing straight up on its anchor - this is the reality of the Shark River Dredging Project - money well spent!!!!!

I remember that when I docked at Shark River Hills marina back in the day. Used to go anchor in that beach area due north of those structures
Problem is the damn river has a 6 foot title drop too. Literally a hot spot in the morning is mud pile baking in the summer sun that afternoon.
The dredging project was obviously a waste of money. Those who use the place notice little change. And those who don't boat there typically are in for a rude ungrounding.
