Montauk motel

Heading up to Montauk Tuesday to jump on one of the cod fleet. Any suggestions for a local motel??? Don't want to break the bank.

Call first usually George at the sail inn opens back up Presidents' Day weekend but he said he might stay closed till march so check guys

Fished one of the big boats sunday. Got 7 cod. Used a 2 hook rig with my top hook 4 feet off the bottom. Got 6 of the 7 fish on that top hook with a pink and white skirt on it. I was in the stern with 7 other guys. Between the 7 guys they had 6 fish. It was that high hook that made the difference.

Looks like the Sail Inn and a high hook minimum 4' off bottom in the stern.
