NJ State Senate Committee Environment and Energy Committee to hear SR102 and SR103 today at 10 AM today.

SR-102 was added for consideration. The following bills are to be considered (pending intro and referral): SR-102 - Urges NOAA to conduct new summer flounder assessment before implementing catch limits for 2017;

SR-103 - Urges President to reject proposed reduction in summer flounder catch limit; urges NOAA to conduct new summer flounder assessment

Senate Resolution) SR102/ 103 for (Bill) AR206 moved to the next process in the NJ senate with a 5 yes to 0 no vote and hopefully will be headed to the Governors desk soon so NJ is doing its part. So far all votes in NJ for this have been unanimous.
