Silver Bullet 200 or Shogun Med would fit your bill perfectly.

That's just too funny...MrAC (Anthony) endorsing Jigging World rods and
Capt. Dan Bias endorsing Penn products. I never would have guessed.

For the price and performance it will be tough to beat the battalion series rods.
The 1220 is my go to rod for bucktails to 6 OZ
The 1530 for everything 8 OZ and above.
And the 1530 is also a great striper rod
Great sensitivity , and super backbone for catching big fluke

The silver bullet 200 would be custom as only blanks are currently available :p
The shogun 7'6" Med custom, or ML factory rod would both work depending on what action you like. I've used the ML factory rod dragging big bucktails and baits up in MA...

I just got a couple of Gary Loomis Edge spinning rods for fluke N Tog jigging , nothing I've ever seen even comes close for weight, strength , taper & sensitivity!
There definitely up to the task as inshore Tuna jiggers well . Made in USA !
