A group of us is (are??) looking to charter a trip this August, probably for blues (but not necessarily), and I was hoping that you guys might be able to recommend a good charter service for us to hire. There will be anywhere from 5 to 12 of us in the group. Thanks in advance!

There's a whole list of charter boats in the drop down menu on this page. These are all site sponsors and will give you their best.
Many are "6-pack" charters, meaning 6 or fewer customers, but some, like the Tagged Fish and the Deep Down fleet can carry up to 15.

Bluefishing has been pretty good in Oct. and Nov. the past years.

I have had great experiences on Parker Pete, out of Belmar. Great skipper and mates, reasonable rates, they work hard, and find fish... This is a 6 pack boat, for larger charters, The Fishermen ,at the Highlands, Capt.Ron Santi, number one in my book.....have fun

Thanks to all who have chimed in here! I will be taking more aggressive on this next week when there is a bit more breathing room in my work schedule.

Too bad a lot of the captains don't list an email; makes it tougher to reach them!

Go to charter section, click on boat name, it will take you to their website and their phone and email should be there on most.
