GAMBLER-- Offshore Seabass 12/21 REPORT

Finally got out to the sea bass grounds after missing this past weekend due to weather. Fished off about 70 miles with a good steady pick on jumbo sea bass and porgies. Sea bass up to 5lbs and porgies were mixed in size up to 3 lbs. Just a handful of big ling. Dog fish were not bad at all. Sea bass bite wasn't hot until sun rise but overall a great trip. Bill Ruha of Wihpanny, NJ easily had his limit of sea bass, 35 porgies, a bluefish and a small pollack. The pool winner was Bob Sheppard of Lakewood, NJ with a 5.5 lb jumbo sea bass. Seas were a bit bumpy to start off but it turned out to be a beautiful day.
We still have room on our upcoming trips Monday Dec 26, Wednesday Dec 28 and Thursday Dec 29, all trips leave at 11PM and return the following day at 5PM, fare is $250 per person, with a limit of 35 people on board! Great trip Capt Bob Me and Big fish Bob had a great time :D we had a nice cooler of fish and the pool winner.:p I would like to thank you crew Chris, Todd, Mike and Jill for their help They made the trip very good.;)
