AM- Had Karl and the boys from south jersey out this morning for some stripers. Headed to where we have been catching them the past few mornings to find a large swell and scattered bait everywhere. After a few attempts at jigging, we put out the trolling gear. Slow pick all morning going 4 for 6 on the mojos with nice fish between 15-25 lbs.
PM- This afternoon we hosted an open boat for bass. Started where we left off with the guys boxing their limit of 5 28-43" fish in about an hour and a half on mojos and TGT Spoons. Took a ride and found some birdlife before the sun went down. The crew continued to fill their bonus tags and release around 15-20 fish ranging from 22-30" before calling it an early afternoon.
