We finally got a break from the wind today and I hosted Mark and Rick Graham to some bottom fishing West Palm style. I ran north to my spot and the boys started picking away at some nice size yellowtail snappers, triggers, and porgies. Things got a little hectic when a school of mahi decided to check us out and my anglers were able to boat two. I wanted to try the troll bite, but they were having so much fun bottom fishing that trolling was deferred to the last half hour of fishing and we were able to boat one king. Great action packed morning, they went home with bags of fillets, and now the wind is going to ramp up again !
