Sea bass on the Ocean Explorer

Went out Monday with Bobby Quinn n the OE! Got 8 keeper sea bass (plus some shorts), a bunch of porgies and this 4.5 foot eel! Great day! Thanks Bobby!!

actually they are one of my biggest value trade ins at my Chinese restaurant. I have tried to cook the silvers multiple ways & only thing that makes em good is grilling em or smoking them
