joe zagorski 10/12/16 canyon trip

capt's kevin and dave took long time jenny lee supporter and friend joe zagorski along with sven gali, the squis whisperer, cable dave , todd and kevin out for their overnighter. we had gotten a poor report from the previuos nights chunking so we decided not to fish the hudson and we sailed to the toms. not good dave!!!

upon reaching the toms within five minutes i got a sat phone call that there was a longfin bite in the hudson, really really

we trolled north and got another call about an hour later so we picked up a ran 25 miles to the spot. we got in a bit to late and only caught one longfin. we set up for the night and were nicely rewarded for our travels and landed six hefty yellowfins on the chunk. we had a great time with this crew as always.

In true Jenny Lee form. Doing what it takes to get the job done. Oh are you kidding with that early report and the sat shot off the Toms it's was the right choice with the info we had. If they were there we would have had the whole pond to ourself too. Always great to fish with you and Kevin on the Jenny Lee hoping to see you again on the 28-29th
