BOUNTY HUNTER- Bluefish Slam For The Blake Reber Charter, 10/8

Capt. Paul had the Blake Reber charter on board the Bounty Hunter today. Blake's crew consisted of Liz, Chuck, Bob, & Ron. Paul got the usual early start and anchored on the edge of the Hole. It only took a few minutes of chumming and we were into a non stop bite of Alligator Blues, some of which reached the 20 lb. mark. Bait & jigs produced well for us today. When Blake and his crew had 60 Blues on ice the crew went into a brief release mode and then called it a day at 1PM. Bluefishing does not get any better then it is right now. So if you enjoy fighting the "Alligators" now is the time to call and reserve your date. Check the Open Boat Forum for our Next Open Boat Dates. :):):)

Wow! 60 bluefish up to 20 pounds! That's 500+ pounds of fish. The charter must own a big restaurant or must have a gigantic smoker!
