We had a slow start today but it ended up being decent fishing for BLUES by the end of the day. We left the inlet and went to the north and looked over some spots going up the beach. The fish were just gone but we did find them once we got far enough to the north. There were quite a few fish around and some birds. We got a good shot of the fish early and then they disappeared and we wandered around a little bit but we found them again later on. The fish are still on the small side but there were plenty of them and we wound up pretty good by the end of the day. Everything was caught on Run Off hammer jigs. There are some larger fish out there being caught, but the smaller ones are the majority of what we are catching until the monster BLUES settle in off shore for us. There was not much ALBACORE action today as yesterday’s wind stirred things up but it will settle down and the ALBIES will bite again.

We will be off Tuna fishing tomorrow, Monday, so we look forward to seeing you on board Tuesday morning at 7:30 am, weather permitting, to go fishing for BLUES and ALBIES.
