Have a few (50) bags of 6" Gulp curlytails that would.like to keep for next season. Was wondering if it's best to keep in the original bags or put in larger container and supplement with the Gulp recharge liquid.
Or, is there another way?

I put my GULP in a tupperware-type container and fill it 1/2 way with the GULP Alive Recharge liquid. Don't skimp on the container or it will leak.
Berkley does sell containers but I've never tried them.

I store my gulp in plastic Nutella jars. Durable and they don't leak.

I cut all mine out of the bags and out them into a larger container. Fill with the recharge and store. Ive been doing this for years. Its fine once the season opens . Ready to catch some big fish!

I see everyone using containers , I keep them in the bags . After a trip if I have a few say whites or nuke chick , the mullets in one bag and grubs in another , so I have plenty and only open them as needed . store in cool place , no freezing !

Does it really freeze? I have had some sitting in my shed over the winter last year and should have looked at it to see if it was frozen. But didnt seem to affect it this season as i got fish with it

I don't know , never left it outside , I guess it would still work .

yeah that's a good one. peanut butter jars also work well, that's what i use. it makes sense if you think about it, they manage to keep in the peanut butter and the oil the separates off without leaking... it keeps the gulp oil/flavor in the same way, plus it fits in the cupholder on my boat too! works great.

I keep them in the spare fridge. As far as leaking containers the gulp alive jars leak so I just put a rubber band around the top to act like a gasket, problem solved.

Since my kids go thru Nutella like crack addicts, there are always new jars available.

Berkley knows they leak, and it's on purpose. They sell a lot of recharge that way!

My dad ordered some gulp right from Berkley. They threw in a tub to hold it in for free. It leaked worse then the normal ones they come in! LOL

Don't just use a regular tupawear though. Get the ones that are lined with rubber and sort of snap down on all four sides. You can tell the guys who have had theirs for a long time because the gulp juice starts to look like soy sauce after a couple seasons. Still works though!

going on 3 years with this thing. I just keep dumping new gulp in it as needed. I'm sure there are a few 3 year old pieces still floating around in it. It winters in my basement.

Thats the same one I use except in the 17 cup. can fit 25 bags of gulp in it, and with the bigger hand hole can easily pick out the hot color of the day

I'm using the same one. Great product that locks tight to avoid accidental spills even if dropped.

I put it into one of those small square buckets , on a diagonal .
so it has a handle to carry it.
then in the 4 open triangles I hang the buck tails of different weights im using so they are at hand.
I actually bought a 4 pack of them, and still havent touched 3 of them YEARS later lol
