Can someone recommend a good lure for party boat False Albacore? I was thinking a 5" soft pink paddle tail? Thanks.

Small thin profile jigs, split tail tsunamis or my favorite is spearing. Hook a spearing, throw a few in to get em going, then pitch into the slick

All the above work.
Last few few years I've taken either a popping cork or used a hookless popper type lure (both used basically as casting weights) and to the rear I tie a length of fluorocarbon leader with a closer fly at the end. The popping of the cork/lure acts as an attractant and the closer perfectly imitates a spearing or bay anchovies.

3" tsunami plastics are my go to. Can get a bag of them for a few bucks. If you have a chum slick already going can just cast it right into it and twitch it around at different depths. You will know when they take it!
I use these on party boats when targeting the albies and have had great success. I like using these more since I can keep them in the strike zone instead of constantly casting and reeling like a deadly dick.
Good luck and have fun!

#1 choice Tsunami split tail 4-5" minnow, #2 small deadly dick. Also berkley realistix in black shad. As was stated previously, if its windy tsunami split tail minnows will not work great, in which Case bait amd heavier metal would be my option!

If your fishing on a party boat replace the treble on the deadly dick with a quality single hook like Gamakatsu's "siwash" hook, comes with an open eye for easy installation.
007 diamond jigs are good as well as small bucktails, crippled herring or any similar small metal. The plastics are great in the right conditions which don't happen often.
All of the above should be reeled at 9 million miles an hour.
