Seen them crashing bait at 2 different locations on the Toms River Wed.

I fished off the pier in Sea Side Park today. Got so many. Nothing huge but perfect fluke bait size

Might not need to rent a boat,,,should be good off the public docks. Call a local tackle shop before you go..
