Hey gang, Capt. Scott here. I have the boat out today with Shane as my deckhand. We were the only boat to sail out of Atlantic Highlands today. We're picking away at keeper fluke and short action. One fellow has two keepers already at 10:00 a.m. So things are finally back to normal. Very nice conditions, wind with tide, nice drift today 1.1, 1.2. Have the Thurs. regulars coming out tomorrow so we're looking forward to sailing again tomorrow. Lighting up at 5:30 a.m. P.S. We are now sailing Fri., Sat. and Sun. 3:30 to dark twilight fluking. It's going to be a beautiful weekend with the sunshine and nice warm temperatures for the trips. Come on down.

Good to see they haven't all headed to the east. Hopefully we have a very good fall run!

Actually, they moved the opposite direction. A lot of them got pushed into the shallows. My one regular, Dick, that fishes the port bow caught and released six 17 to 17-1/2 inch fluke this morning before I even left the dock, jigging with bucktail. When I was docking this afternoon, the 3 half day boats were fishing right at our rock wall jetty. But, yes it's great to see they haven't left.
