I fished on this boat last time I was down there. Nice haul of blackfin tuna.

I fished with Double Header Charters out of Sapphire Beach Marina. They have half day trips and will live bait fish. Most of the other guys will troll all day. Make sure you tell them you want to live bait fish, they will net up some pilchards for the trip. They chum the drop offs for YFT & BFT, the better bite is late afternoon for Tuna.
If you want to jump on the ferry to St. John, you can catch Tarpon over hundred Lbs. Bring your own gear. The Tarpon come into the harbor at night, right next to the ferry pier, jump the fence behind the Governors house next to the public bathroom. Wait till the customs office closes at 7, there is a fish cleaning shack right there, look for the hole in the fence. Pick up the fishheads that a laying around and put them on your hook and hang on! You can also pick up a box of squid at the supermarket not to far from the dock. Bring something heavy enough for a fish over 100 Lbs.and bow to the king! No doubt you will jump a half a dozen, not sure if you bring them all the way back into the beach.

Thanks to both for the info.
I was in touch with Double Header, They advised to check in a week before I'll be around so I will be sure to follow through. Do you recall how far out were they catching the tuna? Debating between inshore and offshore.

The drop off is a 20 minute ride from the dock, the water drops from 200 to 2000 ft. in a 1/4 mile.
