Outta the coffin again and on the Rd by 10:15 pm. Landed at my river destination at 11:10. Fishing by 11:15ish. Gorgeous night for sure but the moon was a lil too bright I think.

3rd cast with soft plastic on a jig head and boom! I'm in! Absolutely crazed aerial display put on by chief bronzeback. I can't believe she didn't come unglued. After a number of blistering runs, digs and jumps I finally landed her (with potentially soiled drawers).

She taped out at a smidge over 20", had major gut/girth and had the tails of two unfortunate large baitfish sticking out of her gullet. Popped the hook from the thick part of the upper lip, revived her and off she went. Beast mode!

Few more bumps over the next hour and a half and a dropped dink smallie. No walleye. Porn below

The freaks and the beasts come out at night. I'm so used to it now that it's not even night fishing. It's just fishing lol...

She looked bad ass in the drink when I clicked my headlamp on to lip her. Spots were all lit up.

That's a heavyweight! We got 3 eyes all twins at 20" after I texted you but no beasts wanted to come play.

so...you're wearing a neck cover yet it wasn't cold last night and the sun wasn't out at night...only thing i can come up with is that your skin is so sensitive that you are prone to moon burning?

Had it treated with repellent to keep skeeters away... Got chewed up good on my hands last nite. Virtually no breeze so the bugs were a-buzzing
