Fish Stix

Sorry for the lack of reports guys! We have taken a few days off after a fantastic Spring bass season. Needed to change things up and catch some things out in the deep water. Guess you could say we were on vacation? :D
We also had to get some much needed maintenance done and some things fixed up. Took all the Striper gear off the boat and replaced it with all the fluke stuff! :)
Our last Striper trip (6/29) produced only one fish but a good one and Kevin's pb at 42lbs.
We did a bunch fluke trips for all first timers produced plenty of shorts and some nice keepers on each trip. All dragging bait and small gulps, mostly.
We did one more fun trip with the boys. Went to the deep for some tuna. Went 2 for 3 on bluefins and missed a couple more. Went 1 for 2 on yellowfins but shoulda had the others that bit the whole spread! Also missed a few nice mahis. Still a nice trip.
So, back to the grind Friday 7/8. We will be fishing for fluke in the sticky bottom and wrecks. So get your Bucktails and Gulp!
We have plenty of dates available all Summer Long.
