- Capt Bob is going to donate 50% of each fare to SSFFF and will sail light if need be (shows his dedication to our sport!). Lets get this to 40+
- We will be running a 50/50, Tackle raffle and boat pool.

WOW. i can't believe that there aren't more people signed up for this trip yet. where is everybody? i'm leaving work early (missing out on pay) so i can support the cause. i've been a supporter of the SSFFF since the beginning. i commend Capt BOB for offering up his boat and his time for many good causes. happy to sail with him any day. and i have a feeling this trip is going to be one of the best fundraising trips in terms of fish caught;)

Ok going a little backwards here but understand anyone who cant make it due to work or personal obligations as they come first.
SSFFF has and is doing great work to battle the bad data that creates our regulations. This trip is to help fund that research which is battle one (1) as without it we can never get to battle two (2) which makes them use it.

My Grandfather always told me its always better to be doing something than to do nothing even if you don't get the desired results as without your efforts there can never be any result.

25 anglers, 4 keeper fluke. I had 1 short fish :mad: Cousin Chip got one of the four keepers. I did manage a coupon from the Point Pleasant Police. I parked on the street and didn't realize that that's not free. #UCk!!! $50 beans #UCk!!! Oh well. Still, we had good fun and helped a good cause (The SSFFF, not the PP PoPo parking fund) #UCk!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Always a great time on these trips. Fishing wasnt so good for me at least! Dad gets three keepers including the pool fish on the first drift!!!! I got one short, one sun dial, and one shark! Still fun to have the rod bend. Been going on these trips since Dave first started doing them and no matter how the fishing is its always fun. Hey Larry i tried to call you! You cant answer!?

Rough trip to say the least when it comes to catching! Phones and hats overboard! Fluke were scarce but good times were had by all! There's always a next time if you make the time! Not even my cell phone sacrifice to the Fluke Gods could stop our streak of keeper-deficient SSFFF trips. Major props to Cadishack Jeff Sr. for boxing 3 of the boat's 4 keepers :eek: WTG JEff. Thanks DAles and Captain Bobby for doing this (again). It's always a blast. And congrats to ALS Steve for winning the Costas and Penn setup raffles. A skunked half-day fishing beats a good half-day at work :p

Thanks to ALL that came. I know I Know cant pick a date that produces anything but wind, heat or trash fish but its still fun to make you knuckle heads come out:p Actually we could only get the boat in June and I thought maybe we could get some seabass but they took the day off too.

I personally and SSFFF thank ALL of you, even the walk-ons who had no idea about SSFFF donated to the raffles.
