Outer Banks North Carolina fishing

Does anyone have information or advice on getting onto and open boat charter in the Outer Banks. I will be there the week of June 18 and wonder if anyone has done this or if it's even a possibility ?

Try Pirate's Cove Marina in Manteo or Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. Both have open boat fleets.
