Well it was a slow day today, marked a lot of fish just couldn't get them to bite. This morning started with nothing but after a hour we started getting some shorts mixed in with a keeper. Later in the day ran into a school of bluefish and picked a few of them up. We finished the trip with one last keeper before packing it in for the day. Glad everyone still had a fun time out on the water cause it sure was nice out

Took Jim and the boys out for our second trip of the day thinking maybe the bite will get better in the afternoon. Started a little slow on the troll took a hour before we started getting bites but managed to get one keeper and a few shorts. Found a more concentrated bunch so we set the anchor and threw some chunks but no takers. All in all it was a tough day and can't wait for the full moon to pass, hopefully by Friday's charter it'll get back into swing.
