Some suprises on this list:)
Okay I guess it would be good to keep a few more blue fish and hop on one of the head boats for some mackerel. Muscles marinara sounds good too.

Bluefish
Nutrition (per 3 oz serving): 105 calories, 3.6 g fat (0.8 g saturated fat), 51 mg sodium, 0 g carbs, 0 g fiber, 0 g sugar, 17 g protein Protein (g per 3 oz): 17
Omega-3s (mg per 3 oz): 655
Mercury levels (parts per billion): 350
"These fish are strong and aggressive, which is why lifeguards are taught to remove swimmers from the water when they see any signs of bluefish feeding frenzies. During these frenzies, bluefish will continue to attack and eat anything in their way even after they’ve eaten their fill. (Sounds just like what happens after you eat these 24 Foods That Make You Hungrier.) This overeating is most likely the reason that bluefish have a fairly high mercury level. Because of the medium levels of mercury, be sure to consume this fish in moderation, but when you do, it’ll give you a great source of omega-3s and lean protein."
Even though stripers are people's favorite target, blues should be kept as often or even more often than bass. Look at all of the Nutrition!!!!! And if you don't like the taste of the dark meat, cut it out and eat the lighter, whiter meat! If the gator is bled and on ice, it is so delicious!

#5 "Yellowtail Tuna" is a mythical fish species created primarily by sushi bars. A fish is either a yellowtail or a (yellowFIN) tuna; it's not both. Ditto for the so-called white tuna on sushi menus, which are a bottom fish called escolar and totally unrelated to tuna & albacore.

Eat too much escolar and you'll crap your pants. It's an oil fish. The oil in its flesh is comparable to that God forsaken product olestra which potato chips companies used for a short period of time to make their low fat chips. It's no longer used because it legitimately caused balloon knot leakage and/or atomic rhhea for those who consumed it. Same deal with white tuna... or as I call it, ghost tuna. Ya end up pale in the face from dropping epic poundage looking like a ghost!

For bluefish, you cant get a better fish to smoke - and the oilier, the better.
Soak it overnite in sugar brine and cold smoke it - better than smoked whiting and smoked whitefish.

The "white tuna" on sushi menus is escolar, and the maximum recommended dosage is <6 ounces for the reasons you just gave. It's actually very tasty in a sashimi or combo platter, and relatively safe in the ~2 ounce portions served in most sushi joints. I'd never make a meal out of it though.

Escolar's wax ester content can cause keriorrhea (Greek: flow of wax), gempylotoxism or gempylid fish poisoning.[4] Symptoms range from stomach cramps to rapid loose bowel movements, occurring 30 minutes to 36 hours following consumption.[5] This condition may also be referred to as steatorrhea.
Dont need no greek or latin to know when ya got the shits. Nice warning 30 minutes to 36 hours. :D:D:D:D:D
Tilapia!!! LOL
Deficient of omega-3s, and typically accompanied by an astronomical level of omega-6s, this fish is worse for your belly than bacon. Additionally, most tilapia is farm-raised and fed a diet of corn instead of lake plants and algae, making them the turducken of seafood: Junk stuffed with junk surrounded by junk.
Ill take a mackerel any day.

Before they were taken off the market for being hazardous to humanity and anything else unfortunate enough to consume them, Haribo Sugar-Free Gummy Bears made quite a hit for pretty much the same reason that escolar can. Amazon's product reviews are still online:

The "My Dinner With Andrea" one went viral back in 2013. Poor StuPurdue... :)

Sugar free Mentos did the same to me. It was horrendous. Definitely not "The Freshmaker". I actually felt bad for my toilet.
