First attempt

Got lucky today and my professor never showed up to class. so I got out to try some bass fishing. Equipped with a dozen bloodworms I hit the beach around 930. Had nice out going water and it looked very very fishy. I had my first bite after 20 minutes of fishing, which resulted in a swing and a miss. No bites for the rest of the day. I passed A couple of other guys as I headed back to my car and they had the same results. Beautiful morning, water is still too cold I guess. Felt nice to be back out there, hopefully they begin to bite soon.

I had 1 bite today myself during the afternoon incoming! Didn't really like the bluebird skies or the wind today but decided to give it a go anyway! The 1 bite I had was a keeper Flounder that I lost at my feet! I cried a little bit! I really wanted a Flounder SAMMICH!!!! Any day now, any day! Good to hear anglers are out early with the great weather were having!
